    That's an original 2nd model luftwaffe dagger. This type was introduced in 1937. I would say your dagger is a mid-period piece. I would say around 1939.

    The pommel seems a E.pack production

    Looks like a late 30's produced Horster to me, but hard to say for sure. Nice one though with a nice deeply twisted grip! Kevin.

    Sorry,that's not a Pack pommel

    Ivan is correct, that is no Pack pommel, its missing the typical dots in the second center ring that surrounds the pommel.
    Stingray has a beatiful site with lots of pack candy......Ivan i hope you dont mind me using a picture of one of your lovely pommels.

    yes my mistake...in the third photo i thought to note some dots inside the circles but i saw badly militaria frescomilitaria fresco
