Luftwaffe Kampfmesser

Hi Guys,

I came across this combatknife the other day in a swapdeal with a helmet.
It is in very good condition with crossgrains and paint on the sheath.
It is stamped with a logo containing 5 (see photo).

Whats your oppinion, and could you tell me the maker of this one ?
Any input is highly apriciated.

I find that the ones stamped 6 are a little better made than the ones stamped 5.

I don't have great experience on these, but this one sure looks like a " killing tool" and not a dress dagger ;-) the finish and fit on this one is pretty rough :-/

It's on my list as well, if I can manage to remember that... That is a very nice example, I like everything about it. It's not that rough, it looks like the rest of em, and I'd have to say it's in really nice shape!
