Article about: This looks like a good one (they have been reproduced) I think that the fabric/web frog could possibly be a little misleading. With the machetes a part of a bomber survival kit circa 1942. A

    That is a good original Alcoso Luftwaffe survival Machette carried aboard aircraft bombers mainly with its tropical type frog. All the real ones seen I know of are Alcoso I think maybe Johnson states they had the contract to make them I can't remember nice rare and expensive item. They always run over 1K Whittman had one here while back about 12 or 1300 I can't remember. timothy
