Luftwaffe marked drass bayonet frog ??

what are your thoughts on this piece I have never seen a frog marked with the luftwaffe eagle
is this a special regt ??

Hi Tony thats interesting and I will leave the comments to the Hanger guys who colect these. My opinion on this as it looks like who ever stamped it cut into the leather on the top part of the wings. Wait for a few others to chime in. Regards Larry

Hi Fred. I have seen the LBA, Luftwaffe Bekleidungsamt Luftwaffe Clothing Depot.
But I seem to remember an Adler stamp like that on a Luft school frog?
I hope to learn more about this stamping.

Unless my eyes are playing tricks on me there would appear to be three letters stamped under this Luft Adler hard to make out for shur as I can not enlarge the image but looks to be an L A S

But I never heard of any L A S mark before on leather?

Hi Eric I will chalk it up to tired eyes I guess possibly what I was looking at was the bottom edge of the stamp
