I just received a 2nd Luftwaffe Dagger and wanted to post it for you. I am new to daggers and wanted any opinions. I also wondered if there should be any markings other than the maker etching on the blade. It seems like the real thing to me but input appreciated.

I bought it from a member of Jan Stills Luger forum. It is the only one he had I believe. Thanks for the quick replies.

Hi, you have very nice textbook E & F Horster example in very good condition. Scabbard is "extra cost" silver or nickel plated version which is product of WKC - this producer send quantity of its own parts to others producers, so this WKC scabbard with is nothing unusual. Thanks for showing this wonderful piece of history to us.

About markings, blade tang - under the grip can be marked, but in many times it is unmarked. Please do not take apart dagger, you can damage it.

    Regards Peter

Nice untouched Horster second Model Luftwaffe dagger.
White dagger grip, and nickle plated blade are trademark for Hroster Herr and Luftwaffe dagger.
