    I'm currently restoring a Luger p08 1940

I'm almost done just received my new grips i want to mount.
But:.... i drilled out the old gripscrews and tapped a new thread.

But the original screws probably wont fit, so I have to find a good replacement.
    With the same dimensions.

Can anyone tell me how long the thread should be an how big the screw head should be etc.... Anything you know can help!

    Thanks!!!!

Let me get this straight; you are NOT looking for a spare set of original specced 08 screws (because in that case I could keep an eye out for some)?

No, not the original!! Unless however, they would happen to have a M3 or M4 thread..

No basicly i just need info about the length of the thread and especcialy the diameter of the screwhead..

Just looked at some notes when I tidied up my deactivated Luger. The thread should be a metric thread about 2BA
