That could be a 1918 date.

Agree with Richie on the date. Unfortunately gun is in poor condition. Discussing value and "what can I get for it" is not wise to ask here on the forum.

I collect pistols and honestly, I wouldn't give $100 for it. Some people collect relics, but the "gun" value is gone.

That could be a 1918 date.
It could also be 1908, 1928 or 1938! But the magazine base looks to be metal rather than wood... so probably post WW1.

It could be a 1918 or a 1938. There were never any P08s dated 1908 or 1928.

Of course. a later mag could have been fitted as a replacement at any time prior to the loss of the pistol and the reverse is true too (though less likely).
