I have the opportunity to buy this one.
After much thinking, i will leave the mosin for another time.
Not a mint example, but still an amazing and iconic piece.
Those appear to be the original grips and still the magazine inside.

I'd certainly scoop it up if I had the opportunity and it was listed for the right price.

    Nice one, Nuno!

Looks good to me, but the price would be important, so you don't spend as much money on a relic as a mint :P

Correct me if I'm wrong... but wouldn't the condition alone be enough to deactivate it?

    Maybe, depends on the country.
    Here, no.
It still needs to be welded.

Same in the UK, deactivation by nature and time does not count here. I wanted to buy a panzerschreck relic from France a while ago....... as deadly as a rusty drainpipe but they would not have it.

The luger is in great condition for a relic, action still working is impressive.
