The SOS
Just a few quick mentions of ideas concerning the approaching SOS. Many of us will be, of course, unable to attend and we all are much hoping that those who Will be can function as our eyes to the show! Please bring a small pocket notebook and pen along with you as you visit the various and fascinating tables and sellers! But, especially, when you take Photos-and they are always very much appreciated!- Please make a quick note of Who's Table you are photographing! This way, if we home bound slobs see some fascinating and desirable item sitting there being ignored by the public and just Begging to join into our collections, we will know Who to contact! I know....it will be a bit of a pain in the butt to have to jot down who is in photo #12, etc., but it's a small nuisance and hopefully one that can be accomplished without Too much annoyance to the photo taker! We don't need minute details and inventories of every thing you see and no one expects this, but a quick note of "This was John Brown of Omaha Nebraska's table" appended to the photo would be Great and of enormous help to those of us who will not be strolling the rows with you!
If you Can, many thanks! If you Can't? Well...have a Blast anyway! The SOS is one experience not to be missed! There's always things walking in the doors and being pulled out of boxes that will blow your socks off (which is actually kind of repulsive, when you Think about it-well, the socks part anyway, but hey...). Have Fun guys!
William
