Lez and I attended this small but good quality fair today and we were not dissappointed

I picked up scarce early M91 Mosin-Nagant bayonet for £10.

Lez added a ATS "sweetheart" powder compact and another pair of 1st pattern ATS slacks to her collection.

    Cheers, Ade.

    Hello Ade,
A couple of years ago my local gunsmith sold me this very battle scarred veteran Mosin Nagant for £50, the modern bayonet was an extra £5 which was less than the original sling cost! It looks good on the wall.
    Cheers,
    Guy.

Hi Guy, I like the M91/30 Mosin-Nagant rifle. They are good sturdy arms.

The bayonet you have is period and is the type produced from 1930 until 1945. As you can see, they were often serial numbered to the rifle itself.

    Cheers, Ade.

    Good morning Ade,
That's cheered me up, as it is in near mint condition I was under the impression that it was a modern repro.
    Thank you,
    Guy.
