Hasn't been quite the same since since 'Beltring' IMPO. We'll have to see what happens - I'll be there as usual this year.....

    I agree with Martin.

I am not going. But I have a good reason, my daughter Charlotte is getting married that weekend!

    Cheers, Ade.

I don't remember exactly, but I've been to Beltring 5 or 6 years.
Have a friend from France who sets up a Special Forces display and I helped him with that.
Haven't been back to Europe for 3 or 4 years and most likely will not go again till next year.
Oh well, all good things eventually come to an end. Maby we are lucky that this one lasted as long as it did.

Well it seems that potentially some one else could take over the running of it.A different location would be a good start but there is still the chance of a big militaria show once a year in the summer months.Any takers????

Hi Martin, you need at least two days there. One for the stalls and one to see the show.

SBG should be there as well as other smaller German groups.

    Plenty of dealers.

See the show site re tickets:

    Cheers, Ade.

Hi Ade, is it a repeat each day?

im not keen on buying at shows (like to double check stuff) but im sure i could arrange to buy something if i seen it, and meet some nice Dealers maybe

what are the night shows are they worth going to?

Thinking of booking a Static caravan for a week doing a few days there and bit of sightseeing around Kent

    Thanks Martin

Hi Martin, the mock battle and arena displays are more or less the same each day.

Night shows and dances I never bother with. (I do like Dances, but don't like to pay for them, given all the expense I go to to put on a display. Exhibitors should go free.) I like to sit around the camp fire with a beer!

    Cheers, Ade,
