It appears to be an original Nahkampfspange made by A.G.MuK.
At the of the page there is a thread dedicated to identifying the makers of this award. There are a few maker so, if you are thinking of aquiring one of these, I would suggest you have a look. It may help you to learn what to look for.

If you are not planning on specializing in Nahkampfspange, and don't want to spend $300. there is a lot of information on this forum. All you need to do is to study vetted original examples and you will soon learn to determine if ones posted are original or not. Whenever I can, I post my examples with, (so I have been told), quite good photos. Also, as I said before, there is a thread dedicated to makers of this award at the top of this section.
