Hi there does anyone know if these two clasps would clean up at all please or are they always going to stay like this? Many thanks

Hi Jay, they could be improved a little with a smear of Vaseline, but they will always be damaged.

They're never going to look like new so I wouldn't try cleaning them up for fear of ruining the finish that remains. I agree with Ade that a light coat of Vaseline will help prevent further deterioration.
Perhaps post them in the preservation forum for more tips.
