    As you can see, this is an unmarked "bronze" example I just acquired from a collector/dealer I've done satisfactory business with in the past and he thought it was "good", but I don't really know what to look for on these. He also thought the maker (if it IS okay) might be identified by the details. Any thoughts or information would be most welcome!

    It looks to be an original Type 1.7.4 by Deschler & Sohn.

    Indeed a nice "Deschler" attributed clasp.
