    The Zinc pest is definitely going to effect the value significantly...

    Clasp itself is looking good and imo possible a faded silver grade. Give the clasp a bit Vaseline or a soft oil in the area where the zinc have a problem.

    I am hesitant to pull the trigger due to the bent catch and the pest. I know I can Vaseline it to get some of the luster back. If I can get it for around $350 I may try to make a deal.

    IMO, $350. would be on the high end for one in this condition.

    Hello,
    your clasp is made by Arbeitsgemeinschaft Metall und Kunststoff (Gablonz) and by the looks of the silver coloured fluted pin it is indeed a silver grade as pointed out by Joe and Harry.
