Couple of new additions - issued officer trousers and a pair of winter boots I think are 75 dated? These will also work with my WW2 winter camo set
Hey Rene, i found a pair of those filzstiefel in Berlin a couple of years back for only 10 euros, i couldn't buy them because we only had hand luggage on the plane!...

It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

I'm Spartacus, not really i'm Paul!...

Awesome display Rene! Don't often see full female uniforms! Ken is looking pretty sharp as well (no belt with the stabsdienstuniform order of dress though!)

Used to be a time when you could find loads of the 'rain'
pattern camo covered canteens with cup. I haven't
seen any around for a while. They were dirt cheap,
but because they were 'modern' I did not
    pick any up.........!
    Regards,

    Steve.

Default GST der DDR Service dress / duty uniform

    Here's another GST uniform.

I added this one in Berlin when it was our duty to ignore these blokes

If we could not avoid them the drill was to insist they call the Soviet duty officer. The Soviets were our "allies" in Berlin, one of the "Protecting Powers" and the DDR authorities were just not recognised. Must have really got up their pipes

    Regards

    Mark

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares more about than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature with no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
