Now for something a bit different...a set of nine 'General Staff' maps that I came across earlier this year. Each map is printed in Russian with a German language overlay, and the whole area covered extends beyond the East German borders on all compass points. Each map is marked: 'Confidential classified Information'. I have attached just a few images, but the eagle-eyed amongst you might spot Peenemunde... Click on images twice to enlarge.

Nice Steve. Are they dated?

Dates vary from 1975 to 1979, with the majority being from 1976. Airfields are marked on, as well as other P. O. I, but strangely enough, the airfield at Peenemunde is not marked.
