    Yes they look like regular east German collar tabs, however $30 is about 3 times what these go for.

    NVA collar patches are so plentiful and inexpensive that I can't imagine somebody would fake them.

    Yes...HPL2008 is right.
    It makes no sense to fake them...

    See the following cuff titels and the price for example

    The first one is from the east german guard regiment and the second one...I guess we all know.

    Hi,

    They are indeed East German officer's collar tabs. They have six prongs, which indicates they are from the mid 1960s to the mid 1970s, which makes them slightly more valuable than your late 1980s variety, which are more common. I would say they are indeed worth around 10USD, maybe 15 to the right person on a good day.
