    Exclamation scarce NVA Para´s "Fallmesser"

    Hi, mates !

Want to show you this, really scarce, Fallmesser, (Kappmesser), of the NVA of the former GDR, (also, issued in the GST) !
This knife is a copy of the Wehrmacht-Luftwaffe 1937 pattern Fallmesser.

IMO this knife is in an untouched condition !

    Cheers,
    R.

Wow, cool score...I didn't know they made/used the same type. How does it compare with a WWII-produced knife?
    Congratulations, learned something new today!
    cheers, Glenn

    By Chance !

As far as I know this Fallmesser / Kappmesser was in use in the NVA in 1964/1965, then, (for a short time), in 1973.

The knife is an, (almost), 1:1 copy of the Wehrmacht-Luftwaffe Kappmesser 1937 Pattern.

    Cheers,
    R.
