Stasi tunic with red piping and gold cuff title?

This tunic is currently being offered at Ebay. It looks like a general's tunic with Major's insignia attached, and a massive amount of ribbon bars. The gold cuff title is something I've never seen before. I have not studied Stasi uniforms too closely but this looks like some strange fantasy put together. What do you guys think?

A bit of trivia, though: Armeegeneral and Secretary of Defence Heinz Keßler actually wore custom-made tunics that had only one breast pocket on the right side, as he needed extra space on the left side for his twelve rows of ribbons.

Looks like something Mel Brooks might have worn in a Iron curtain comedy. That, and the giant North Korean visor caps, looks absurd.
