Family history search - Sowa

Article about: Hi, I'm trying to unearth my family tree and have hit a roadblock, so am hoping I can get some answers on here. My Grandfather, Tadeusz Sowa fought in Monte Cassino in the 2nd Polish Corps,

    Hi,

    I'm trying to unearth my family tree and have hit a roadblock, so am hoping I can get some answers on here.

    My Grandfather, Tadeusz Sowa fought in Monte Cassino in the 2nd Polish Corps, 5 Signals Battalion and was awarded the Commerative Monte Cassino Cross, number 26437.



    I need some help in where to start this search as I'm not sure how best to go about it.

    Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
