I bought a badge on holiday in Budapest

I bought a badge while on holiday in Budapest, Hungary. I bought it at a flea market from a man selling a huge variety of military medals and badges from several countries and time periods.

I am trying to determine what it this badge is, and if it is authentic.

I cannot remember the price I paid for it, but can say that it was not expensive.
