    I have just got this very nice 1 Mai 1936 Tinnie, near mintA die struck, aluminum-alloy based and silver washed MayDay Tinnie 1936! The obverse depicts a hammer, sickle, plow, National eagle and“Mai 1936”.
    The reverse shows makers mark: Robinson Oberstein/NAHE. Any other info is welcome

    This was an early one for me to at age 15. The crimping for the pin back tells you this is original. NH

    This one - and the 'Tag Der Arbeit' pins - seem to be
    the most common of tinnies.........

    Figured i'd ressurect an old thread here, instead of making a new one. The way the needle is attatched to the pin, seems different on at least three different pins i have seen. Now i have come across a fourth, and i'm not sure if it is original. It does not have the fake coffin shape, but it seems newer. Any thoughts?
