Not good A fantasy design.
Think about it: by 1944 badges were being made out of zinc and enamels were rarely used, having given way to cheaper painted finishes.

The spelling is also incorrect. It doesn't say ges gesch, it says ces cesch.

The round and excessively uniform letters are the biggest clue that the item is a fake. As Ade also mentioned, it's a fantasy piece, so it's not even a fake. Save you cash, there are plenty of authentic badges out there, just not in this configuration.
