Can anyone identify this black & white armband?

Hi gents!

I'm having trouble identifying this one. It came in a large vet buy of cloth that included an SS piece. I'm thinking it might be civic but I can't figure it out. Same on both sides with no tags or markings. Anyone?

The design is so obscure and unlike any other 3rd Reich kampfbinde I have ever seen, we may never be able to identify the purpose this piece. Possibly it is not even German.

I would not use this site as a source of accurate knowledge. It includes numerous fake and fantasy armbands. It is an ambitious project put together by a very young collector without any use of period regulations or reference.
