    It's Reichsbahn.

Yes, it's a uniform for the Reichsbahn which is the States/Empire railway.

Though the Reichsbahn has never been of interest to me, I must admit I do like the insignia used by this organization.

Last addition, a early Reichsbahn collar tab ca. 1933 or so. In my opinion a very collectable design, especially for anyone who collects Third Reich and train memorabilia.

Post 6: According to 1924 regulations the engine/locomotive should be positioned in length
of the collar patch. This versions was worn into 1934 when it was replaced by a new version.

Officially there should not be a number and instead of the braid it should be a chevron.
But this is as said as according regulations, maybe it was actually done.

The blue tunic from post 5 is not DRB Third Reich, but eems to be DDR (Eastern Germany).

Definitely, and so is the 1974 insignia chart.

Yes, I had seen it, but not mentioned as it was noted upon the chart
(thought it to be DDR, as Bundesbahn it was not).
Further I have not seen before such a buckle. I think it is fantasy!
The symbol is not for DRB, but merely for Bahnschutz and since 1933
    they had there specific buckles.

Supposedly it's a prototype produced by Assmann. I'm not a collector of buckles nor Reichsbahn items so I'm not sure if this is accurate information. I have never seen another example though.
As for the chart, yes, it's clearly marked 1974, thank you. I was trying to show the insignia of the railway from 1924 to present day, but was unable to find much of anything with a date past or before, except items from the Third Reich, said chart. The blue tunic was a further attempt to show this.
If I may ask a question please, after 1945 was the States Railway referred to something other than Reichsbahn?
Here's a link to the "prototype" buckle in question:

Never mind my question, I see that you've already answered it...thank you. My apologizes for my mistake.
