from what i understand the people working on the fortification of the west wall were either in RAD or TENO? but i don`t know to who this medal was given?
i have not seen one like this before. any thoughts on this are welcomed : )

a nice peace,maybe to a foreman or manager perhaps.
This is an award from one of the many civilian construction companies involved with the project...Fritz Todt's "Organisation Todt" had a lead role in the endeavor...It was also seen as an Employment Creation Measure (Arbeitsbeschaffungsmassnahme) employing civilian contract labor beginning in 1936...
It's an attractive piece complete with case, and would display nicely along with other Westwall items ...
