The central design with the national eagle, the monk and the historical gate is the coat-of-arms of the City of Munich in its Third Reich version. (See here: Coat of arms of Munich - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )

The reverse says:
"Munich servants' and workers' foundation
founded by A.G. Mascher"

This would appear to be a medal awarded by said foundation. Probably not particularly valuable.
