    Default Cloth Insignia ID Please

Hi, I am sorting through some miscelanious insignia and would value opinions on the insignia in the photos regarding what they represent and on their authenticity please.

    1. The naval epaulettes both appear to be post war but I do not recognise the styles as being BM?
    2. The remaining epaulettes are new to me?
    3. The two oval badges just look wrong to me?
    4. The shield looks German?
    5. the two circular badge have a Polish look to them?

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Cheers MR

The dark shoulder boards with silver piping and rank pips are from the Bundeswehr. They are for wear with the Gesellschaftsuniform [evening dress uniform]; black for the Heer, dark blue for the Luftwaffe.

Hi HPL, Thank you for ID'ing the epaulettes and for the three links, all of which I have saved for reference. Do you have any thoughts on the Naval epauletes or the other insignia? The badges on the epaulettes are definately German BW but I do not know about the actual epaulettes???
With thanks, regards and best wishes Michael R

Sorry, but not really. I do agree though that the EdelweiƟ patch and the circular one are not German.
