    I cannot make a qualified comment on authenticity, but I am pretty sure that it is not a sleeve shield, but a car plaque for mounting on the radiator grill. (The DDAC was the German Automobile Club.)

    I wouldn't be happy with that piece in my collection.
    Below is a piece being sold as a copy for 20 euros and they look the same to me.

    ive collected nskk and ddac stuff these poor quality ddac plaques showed up about 15 yrs ago. originals are much nicer quality..im not convinced these are original..plus they are always at auction with other known fakes
