Do not look at the helmet please.
It's a post-war uniform.
This is a relatively early model. On later models (of the type worn into the 1990s), the lower pockets were of the interior type and the collar patches were darker.
The ribbon bars, by the way, are long service awards for (top to bottom) 35, 45 and 50 years; the 45 year bar is upside down. These ribbon bars replaced the long service sleeve stripes of which one is also seen on this uniform and thus should not should be worn together with it. Also, only one bar one should be worn; above - not on - the left breast pocket.

Please tell me why? The bars says somthing about the years of service?
And you can see on that it is postwar?
The ribbon bars are for long service, yes. (See my post.)
Apart from some other differences, wartime Red Cross uniforms had shoulder boards and did not have the round sleeve badge seen on the left upper arm. The cut of the collar/lapels was different, too.
Trust me on this one; I was with the German Red Cross from 1990 to 2007.
Offcourse i trust you i only want to know why because i can learn from it for the future is it not possible that they use a wartime uniform after the war ?
