    The only ID is an anchor with an S through it. Any ideas?

    They're American made 'Anchor' Brand dress spurs for purely military parade use looking at the design. I think they are made by a company called North and Judd who are renowned spur makers in the States. I once owned a pair of them in the star wheel variety.
