Never had one but: Gilt bronze, Nice enamel, good quality makeup I would give it a thumbs up Tobias

There was a similar one on emedals cased with armband sold for around $400

The gorget itself looks good but I have to question the chain. Isn't the chain supposed to have alternating swastikas and crosses? I never saw a veterans gorget with a plain chain before. But then again I am a new collector.

The chain looks like a modern aluminum replacement to an original gorget in my opinion . Here is mine for comparison . Raz
