Feuerhwehr jacket and cap

Hi people i have a question about this uniform its a feuerhwehr jacket and cap i am interested but the seller says its from 1939 but it looks like a weimar one please help me out.

Might be early post war tunic - pre-1945 had 8 buttons, 2 collar hooks and 2 rear belt holders. Also edges were lined with trim.
Cap looks like early 1930s.

Any idea about the age of the belt buckle?

I would do a bit of research - i researched more Feuerschutzpolizei so i might be wrong on the Feuerwehr.
