Gau- München Badge 1933 Opinions
I am pretty sure this is a reproduction but some of the features looked good based upon my searches in the forum. I am really looking to confirm this one goes into the repro box before I do that. I do not like to display repro items. The wire looks like the right style but not sturdy enough. The stamping also look week compared to original examples. The size looks good at 35 mm. The front of the badge looks pretty good. Any help is appreciated. I hope pics provide enough detail.

Looks pretty good to me, John. Unless mine is a fake also? (which I doubt)
My only note is your base material which appears to be copper. I'm not going to remove any of my bronze wash to check the base material on my example but around the pin it looks copper-ish anyway. Bearing in mind these are only tinnies rather than a true "Gau' badge, perhaps copper was a perfectly acceptable base material?
It's good and it's not a Gau Munich badge but rather a festival badge for the celebrations of the 10th anniversary of the putsch in 1933.
That makes more sense to me. Thanks for the reply.
