German insignia - police epaulettes?

Found a few potential German insignia - police epaulettes ... can't ID them...
Please help... they are strange

I don't believe they are WWII ... and pink back on two of them...
What rank are they?

The pair is Feuerwehr. I think third reich period. Rank is maybe hauptwachtmeister.

Somebody suggested black light test... Don't know what is that.
