not in my opinion,,,,notice the "coffin style" pin plate,and the "unknown to me" at least,,"FR" marking,,i would pass on this one,,,here is one of my badges,,,

hi,,,there are a couple of versions,,enameled versus painted styles,,,several different makers but i would stay away from badges that have your style of pin plate...
