    Hello and welcome.

It is a Deutsche Reichsbahn BeVo collar tab. I'll move it to the correct forum for you.

As said above, Reichsbahn, but do allow me to add the specifics:

This is one of the series of "rank level" collar patches introduced in 1941 and worn to the end of the war. This type - with the 8-leaf oakleves cluster - was for the highest-level officials; those with pay groups 1 through 5 [Beamte der Besoldungsgruppen 5 und aufwärts].

It's the "horizontal" version, for wear on closed-collar tunics. ("Vertical" collar patches of rectangular shape were worn on open-collar tunics.)

THANK YOU for the details. Is it appropriate to sell this on this forum?

This type of collar patch was first announced in the official magazine "Die Reichsbahn, Amtliches Nachrichtenblatt der Deutschen Reichsbahn"",
nr. 16/17 from 17/23 of April 1941 for officials with the paygrade 5 and upwards, which is the highest being 1 (Besoldungs-Gruppe 5 und aufwärts, 1).
This is already mentioned. This type of collar-patch was especially meant for the tunics to be closed
