Help Needed ID'ing These Political Collar Tabs

I picked these up in a small lot of other items, but I am unsure what they are. I am assuming they are political tabs of some sort. Any help ID'ing the rank and branch would be greatly appreciated. Maybe even a value if possible. Also, are the RZM labels correct for these? Thanks!

NSDAP Ortsgruppe Level Cell Leader collar tabs. And, yes-the RZM label is perfectly correct.

Valuewise, in this condition? Generally in the $100 range. If they were in flawless shape, perhaps another 50...
