    A first for my eyes, friend...District-level BdM/HJ Leadership or Deutsches Frauenwerk/Women's League are my guesses...It's scarce, that I know for sure...

    It's a leader-grade unit-/duty station patch from the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (German Red Cross). Worn on the right upper uniform sleeve. This one is from the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis district in southern North Rhine-Westfalia.

    Here's a little "still life" with an example I own; it's for a DRK formation from Tetschen in the Sudetenland.

    Not nearly as nice as yours, this is the humble machine-woven, washable version (with snap attachments for easy removal) as worn on nurses' dresses:
