Help! Where this greatcoat come from?

I was shopping in a militaria-outdoor shop, and i found this, wich i decided must become my new coat, the owener wasn't in there, so they couldn't tell me where this jacket comes from, so i came in hear in the hope that someone would help me do give a story to this jacket.
there are the photos
the front buttons are not the true one, i think that the only original ones are the ones on the tail, shoulder and back band

All I can tell you is it is not a wartime German greatcoat.

thnk you, by what I think is the date, it should be from 1959, but i'm not shure, anyway it can be seen in the photo
