"Hermann Goering" fire police (?) patch

Hello all, just out of interest - what is this? I can't find any other patches like this. Did the Goering division have its own fire police?

It has nothing to do with the division; it's a Werkfeuerwehr [factory fire brigade] sleeve patch for the firefighting service at a plant of the Hermann-Göring-Werke. (See Reichswerke Hermann Goring - Wikipedia )
