I have this nice HJ from 1936, I do not know much about it, but my guess is that it is from sport festival, and the design is Art Deco.

It's the Siegernadel [Winners' Pin] of the 1936 Reichssportwettkampf [National Sports Competition] of the Hitlerjugend [Hitler Youth]. In order to attain it, a certain score of points had to be reached in the tests held for various branches of youth sports.

These badges were awarded annually from 1934 to 1943 in various designs. The same design as seen here was also awarded in 1937 and 1938 (the years on the badge being different, though, of course).

The badge was presented with an award document. The boys and girls who had qualified for the badge were allowed to wear it for one year only, after which they could re-qualify in the subsequent competions and wear that year's version.
