Main Cuffband or cuff title i know nothing about help needed please

Article about: hi, i have had this cuffband or cuff title come in to my hands i know nothing about it i was told it was something to do with veterans but likei say i am not 100% sure on that so any advice

    I think you'll get better opinions if I move it to another forum so I'll start it in the SS section, it might need to be moved again.....

    Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

    It's not SS , but NS-Reichskreigerbund or NS-RKB . Hope this helps . Can't comment on originality , but it looks good IMO .
