Nazi eagle and Olympic flame encircled
i try to google it but no clue found . is this original, or reproduction. found on a fair in Romania

This is nothing to do with the Nazi Germany.
It looks like a modern badge for some kind of air force flying school or other training establishment. The torch is usually a symbol for learning.
