Need help Identifying 2 items, Please Help!

I'v had these 2 items for a while with no success in trying to identify them. Sure could use some help!

The red colored item has the following info on the sdrewback -- No 08551 -1944-, the o following the N is small and underlined, and is next to the top of the N.

The white colored item has the following info on the screwback --No 0833 1939, and again the o following the N is small and underlined, and is next to the top of the N.

I would really appreciate any help I can get.

I have never seen either of these items. As they appear to be manufactured by the same hand, my thought are that these are aged fantasy items as they do not meet the form or construction of any known 3rd Reich award.

These remind me of the stuff that poor old guy that's been getting ripped off for years shows in that youtube video that someone posted here once.
