After having another look I noticed the difference between the "A" and "R"
and surely HPL2008 will be right and the name could be Rudert.
At the moment I do not have the time to check the nearly 400 honor-names.
I will then also have a look if the number-combination is mentioned in my
material for the SA/NSKK (this is another check of many of hundreds of pages),
but there anyway should be a number after the 8 and that will make all
difficult, as I have to keep in mind the vaious possibilities!

If there was a number after the 8, could it have been a 2? Was there an 82? The 2 would fit within the markings that are still there.
