The rank is SA-Obertruppführer.
Colors can be quite deceiving on digital photographs/computer monitors, but the patch color appears to be red-brown.
A red-brown collar patch with white piping and white insignia tress with a red divider stripe would be for Gruppe Alpenland.
(If the patch color is actually more of a pinkish-red, it would be for Gruppe Südmark.)
