Need to ID several items

it is part of a series of WHW (winterhilfewerk) or winter work relief sold to raise money for the less fortunate during the hard times of winter,,the S in this case is the Siegrune for the DJ or Deutsche Jungvolk or Young Peoples that was the earliest/youngest contingent of the Hitler Youth,,,i believe this was age 8 to age 10,then they went in the the HJ proper...
