Hello Didier,
here is my take on the badge.
It is a badly damaged restored original at a guess.
The silvered back looks like it has had the solder bathed all over it whilst attempting to attached the replacement pin assembly.
The front looks well battered just look at the flattened and distorted lettering. The replacement red and white enamel is quite crude.
